View, Edit, Delete, and Archive Client Forms and Documents


Only Organizational Administrator(s) can view, edit, delete and archive client forms and documents

To View Client Forms and Documents

STEP 1: Login to the VTConnect Portal with the credentials established for your account.

STEP 2: Find the link to view and manage client forms and documents. 

Option 1: From the Portal home page, click on the link in the SETUP menu, "View and manage client forms and documents". 

Option 2: From the Organization Tab, click the link under FORMS AND DOCUMENTS, "View and manage client forms and documents". 

STEP 3: Both options above will direct you to the Forms page, then use the drop down menu to view the list of Active Forms or Archived Forms:

 

STEP 4: Click on a form from the list to view the details about the form. If it is a Required e-Signature form, when you click on the form you will be able to view a list of the clients that have signed the form including the full legal name entered to sign the form, the date of birth entered, and the date/time the form was signed.

To Edit Client Forms and Documents

STEP 1: Click on the form you wish to edit from either the Active Forms or Archived Forms list.

STEP 2: Click the "Edit" button in the lower left hand corner.

STEP 3: You may edit Form Name, Document Type, or Form Instructions. NOTE: If the document is Required e-signature and clients have already signed the document, you will not be allowed to edit the Document Type. If the document was originally Available for Download, you have the option to edit the form to be Required e-Signature.

STEP 4: Click the "Save" button in the lower left hand corner.

To Delete Client Forms and Documents

STEP 1Click on the form you wish to delete from either the Active Forms or Archived Forms list.

STEP 2: If the form can be deleted, there will be a "Delete" button visible in the lower right hand corner. NOTE: Any e-Signature Required document that has already been signed can not be deleted, it can only be Archived.

STEP 3: Confirm that you want to delete the document by clicking the red "Delete" button in the lower left hand corner. NOTE: This action can not be undone.

To Archive Client Forms and Documents

STEP 1: Click on the form you wish to edit from the Active Forms list.

STEP 2: Click the "Archive" button in the lower right hand corner.

STEP 3: Confirm that you want to archive the document by clicking the red "Archive" button in the lower left hand corner. NOTE: This action can not be undone.
