How to update directory information


[MUST BE A PRACTITIONER WITH ORGANIZATIONAL ADMINISTRATOR,  DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATOR, OR CARE COORDINATOR ROLE]

Login to portal.vtconnect.net

Click Staff top menu

Click your name in the Staff list

Click Edit

Be sure the box to "List in Directory" is checked, or your profile will not show up in the practice directory or the 3rd-Party Verified Therapist Directory for our Virtual Therapy Connect Providers. 

Add a professional Profile Image. To add a profile image to a staff account, a URL of the profile image is required. For more click HERE

Complete all applicable fields in the Public Directory Information section of the staff record. Keep in mind, this is your opportunity to market yourself to prospective clients! Complete as much information as possible. We recommend you include in your bio specifics about you, your practice, and your treatment approach that set you apart from other providers!

Click Save at the bottom of the page.

Please note, if you are part of the  3rd-Party Verified Therapist Directory for our Virtual Therapy Connect Providers, it may take up to 5 minutes for any changes you make to be updated in the directory.
