How to run reports through the VTConnect administrative portal


Who Can Run Reports

The ability to run reports through the VTConnect portal depends on the roles and permissions assigned to each staff.

Organizational Administrator(s) - Can run reports on the entire organization.
Department Administrator(s) - Can run reports on the entire department.
Practitioner(s) - Can run reports on only their usage of the system. 

Types of Reports

  1. License Allocation Reports - View allocated practitioner licenses, only accessible to the Organizational Administrator. 
  2. Session Reports - Can be filtered by Practitioner, Department, and Client. You can choose to hide client names if desired. Filters automatically adjust based on the roles and permissions of the staff.

How to Access Reports

  1. Click License Allocation to view this report. Note, there aren't any filtering options for this report.
  2. Click Sessions to view, and utilize the following instructions to customize.
Adjust the date range if desired. By default, the sessions reports cover the previous seven days. Practitioner License Allocation.
Adjust filters for Department, Practitioner, and/or Client.
Hide Client Names if desired by clicking the box.
Click Preview located at the bottom of the page to the right.
Print or export the report using the icons located in the top menu.

Note: Reports may be more than one page, to view multiple pages, use the top menu arrows to toggle between pages.
