How can a prospective client send a secure message?


Prospective clients can send a messages to the organization from the Office Portal Homepage or directly to a specific practitioner listed in the Office Portal Practice Directory or in the Virtual Therapy Connect Therapist Directory.

For a General Inquiry to the Organization from the Office Portal Homepage:

Client clicks the Send A Message button or link on the portal landing page:

    If the client has established VTC credentials and is not already logged in, they will be directed to login before being directed to the private message create screen.

    If the prospective client doesn’t have established VTC credentials, they will be directed to create an account, establish their VTC credentials, and login before being directed to the private message create screen.

    Note: This general inquiry message will be sent to any staff with the Care Coordinator, Department Administrator, or Organizational Administrator role AND with the receive New Client Notification setting turned on.

    Anyone in the organization that receives this message can send a secure reply.

      For a Direct Inquiry from the Office Portal Practice Directory to a Specific Practitioner:

      Click on the Practice Directory button on the Office Portal Homepage.
      From the Practice Directory Listing, the prospective client must click on a practitioner to view their full directory listing.
      The prospective client clicks the send a message button.

        This inquiry message will only be sent to that specific Practitioner.
        The Practitioner can send a secure reply. 

          For a Direct Inquiry from the Virtual Therapy Connect Directory to a Specific Practitioner:

          Click on the Practice Directory button on the Office Portal Homepage.
          From the Practice Directory Listing, the prospective client must click on a practitioner to view their full directory listing.
