How to self-register as a client to connect for secure telehealth with VTConnect


To connect with a practitioner for secure telehealth using the VTConnect Care App, you must have a VTConnect client account and be associated with a practitioner.

Client Self-Register Instructions: 

Step 1: Go to your practitioner's VTConnect Office URL, if you do not know their unique URL, you will need to reach out to them directly or Contact VTConnect Support.

Step 2: Click the Register link in the upper right corner.

Step 3: Complete all the required fields on the registration form. 
 
NOTE: If you already have a VTConnect account, click the link that says "Log in here." to complete this new registration so your existing account can be linked to this new registration.

If you have a VTConnect account, login to register.
Step 4: If there are any Forms and Documents to electronically sign, you will see them at the bottom of the registration, enter your full legal name, and click the box to agree to the forms.
 
Step 5: Click the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions, complete the reCAPTCHA, and then click the green Register button.

Step 6: Be sure to check your email after you register to confirm your account!
 
Step 7: Once you have confirmed your account, you will receive an email notification that your VTConnect Registration is complete. The email includes a link to view the three steps to get started with VTConnect.
