How do I update my current or expired password?


Update Current Password:

Go to the VTConnect Office Portal for the organization you are working with or to the generic VTConnect Office Portal Site 

Click "Log in" at the top right of your screen.

Enter your current username and password.

From your organization's VTConnect Portal Landing page, look for the "Manage Your Account" section.

    Click the "Change your password" link.

    Click the "Change password" button to complete the process.

      Enter your current password, new password, and confirm the new password.

      Click the "Change password" button to complete the process.

        Update Expired Password from the VTConnect Care App:

        If you try to login to the VTConnect Care App with an expired password, a pop up will appear to tell you "Your password has expired. Do you want to change it now?"

        Click "Yes" to link to the VTConnect Office Portal to update your password.
        If you are directed to the Login screen, enter your username and expired current password.

        This will bring up the "Change Password" screen:

          Enter your expired current password, new password, and confirm the new password.

          Click the "Change password" button to complete the process.

            Update Expired Password from the VTConnect Office Portal:

            Go to the VTConnect Office Portal for the organization you are working with or to the generic VTConnect Office Portal Site

            Click "Log in" at the top right of your screen.

            Enter your username and expired current password.

            This will bring up the "Change Password" screen:

              Enter your current password, new password, and confirm the new password.

              Click the "Change password" button to complete the process.
