How do I generate reports through the VTConnect administrative portal?


Manage Reports

The ability to run reports through the VTConnect portal depends on the roles and permissions assigned to each staff.

Organizational Administrator(s) - Can run reports on the entire organization.

  • Click the Reports tab and choose to view reports on Practitioner Sessions, Department Sessions, or Practitioner License Allocation.
  • When you view the report, you can adjust the parameters to show specific date ranges, specific practitioners or all, specific departments or all, and you have the option to hide client names.
  • Once the parameters are set as desired, click "Preview" to see the report.
  • All reports can be exported or printed using the icons located at the top of the report.

Department Administrator(s) - Can run reports on the entire department.

  • Click the Reports tab and choose to view reports on Practitioner Sessions or Department Sessions.
  • When you view the report, you can adjust the parameters to show specific date ranges, specific practitioners or all, and you have the option to hide client names.
  • Once the parameters are set as desired, click "Preview" to see the report.
  • All reports can be exported or printed using the icons located at the top of the report.

Practitioner(s) - Can run reports on only their usage of the system.

  • Click the Reports tab and choose to view Practitioner Sessions.
  • When you view the report, you can adjust the parameters to show specific date ranges and you have the option to hide client names.
  • Once the parameters are set as desired, click "Preview" to see the report.
  • All reports can be exported or printed using the icons located at the top of the report.
